At Rising Team, I lead design and help shape strategy across our platform for team connection and performance. My current role balances hands-on design work, managing a small creative team, and executive leadership.

For over 20 years, I've guided teams and shipped products that bring clarity, joy, and impact to millions of users. I'm energized by big questions related to what AI makes possible and how to utilize AI to elevate, rather than replace, human potential.
