KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In less than 6 months, my team re-defined the design system to reflect the new Autodesk brand and on-boarded over 150 key stakeholders to support the launch.
Earned goodwill among consumers of the system through creation of world-class tools, documentation, and support channels. Adoption of standards and components increased year-over-year (Figma UI toolkit used by >100 teams within Autodesk, averaging over 50k component inserts per week).
Effectively led a diverse, cross-functional, volunteer working group that fostered adoption and engagement in the creation of the design system. > 20 people participated in bi-weekly sessions to provide critical domain expertise and feedback.
Made digital equity a principle of the design system and championed accessibility at TechX in 2022, co-presenting alongside partners from legal and engineering.

HIGHLIGHTS
Worked with eCommerce pioneer, WebVan, to imagine an experience that included grocery, pharmacy, pet supplies, and more. Code-named 'Project Big-Top,' designs addressed the challenges of curating thousands of unique items, establishing taxonomy and hierarchy, and making it easy for customers to locate and discover new products.
As vendor of record for the Sun Microsystems Web Experience Team for more than a decade, Sight8 provided front-line design support for numerous programs and product launches. Firsts include the design of Sun’s eCommerce site and campaign creative for the open-sourcing of Java. We contributed to Sun’s enterprise design system which is still considered as one of the most comprehensive ever built.
