My responsibilities include:
* Customer development and validation of hypotheses ( Conduct in-depth interviews with over 100 stakeholders of event industry )
* Value proposition design ( Create user stories and map user needs to initial high-level requirements for product vision and roadmap definition)
* Design process management and execution ( Lead the creation of design artifacts at various stages of the product design process such as persona, user journey map, user flows, wireframes and interactive high-fidelity mockups)
* Business pitch design ( Lead the design and development of business pitch to industry mentors, key partners and investors)
