Process Digitization: I developed "As-Is" process flows for insurance claims and corporate clients. This was not just a drawing, but a strategic step to find all the bottlenecks in the existing system and make the process faster. I then developed wireframes based on the To be flows.
Research and Benchmarking: I conducted in-depth research into local and foreign markets for products, conducted demo meetings with foreign companies, and prepared benchmarking reports.
Stakeholder Management: I created a Stakeholder Map and Engagement Matrix for the success of the project, ensuring that different teams focused on the same goal.
CX Meetings and CJM: I met directly with our customers to find their pain points and transformed this data into a Customer Journey Map to form a product roadmap.
Product Optimization: I conducted UX research for digital products, developed their designs with Design system, performed usability testing, and validated them; In addition to digital products, I conducted UX research to improve the readability of non-digital, printed letters sent to customers, and redesigned physical letters, affecting customer satisfaction.
Innovation: I developed fast projects for projects using nocode, AI, and "vibe coding" and brought them to completion in a short time. In my projects, I used videos, images, and 3D objects that I created with AI, using my Generative AI skills.
