Y Media Labs is a digital strategy, design and technology agency.

I designed various consumer and enterprise products for clients including L'Oréal, The North Face, GUESS, Box, EMC (acquired by Dell and later OpenText), and Seismic Software.

There I had the opportunity to conduct research, collaborate on strategic product goals, create and document design systems, interview users and conduct usability tests, and craft processes to share with the larger team.
