• Rearchitected existing data formats to optimize loading speed for datasets that

were scaling exponentially in size as new instruments were released (gigabyte-scale

• Designed and developed an advanced search syntax + PEG grammar to parse queries into abstract syntax trees and convert to Elasticsearch query objects.

• Optimized weekly email pipeline to increase performance by a factor of 100.

• Rearchitected app's document workflow tool with a focus on modularity to enable seamless integration of future features while ensuring flexible audit reporting (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy).

• Introduced an Elasticsearch DSL to provide a Python-idiomatic way to write and manipulate query objects dynamically and with easier debuggability.
