• Designed and launched two full-console services—AI in Storage (Lustre File Storage) and OCI Streaming Service with Apache Kafka—both demoed at Oracle CloudWorld 2024.

• Led the UX design for the Alloy Operator Console, collaborating with 10+ cross-functional teams, including 7–8 designers, 8+ product managers, and 50+ engineers, successfully shipping in 2023.

• Led UX for Block Storage, one of Oracle’s five core services, driving a Gartner score increase from 32 to 35 (out of 37) between 2020–2021.

• 1 of 7 lead reviewers on the OCI Design Review Board, providing strategic feedback and approvals for new features and service launches across 182+ cloud services
