•Led LWD team to provide advanced logging services in accordance to client expectations. Trained field engineers in Gamma Radiation, Azimuthal Resistivity, and Rotary Steerable technology. Monitored drilling operations and recommended changes in drilling parameters to optimize potential petroleum returns. Communicated daily with client to provide timely deliverables.
•Developed new Damaged Beyond Repair process for the Permian district to prevent a repeat 2014 revenue loss of $6 million. Implemented and coordinated process between Applications, Repair and Maintenance, Operations, and Sales to achieve an improvement of 177.2% in monthly client reclaims. Conducted weekly meetings with district manager, profitability manager, operations manager, and sales to discuss negotiations and reclaim status for client invoices.
•Authored field setup guide for innovative new AHK surface gear kit. Presented field guide along with technical and business advantages of the technology to the operation manager and coordinators.
