Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | San Rafael, CA • Organized essential database records, and assisted with office organization • Supplied affiliated companies with product information and photos • Completed sales orders for sample products to distributors ### Temporary Assistant @ Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | San Rafael, CA • Assisted with organization and expansion of physical and computer databases • Updated personnel records and assisted with organizational tasks ### Undergraduate Volunteer @ Northeastern STReSS Laboratory Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Burlington, MA I have taken the initiative to volunteer at Northeastern’s civil engineering lab, called the STReSS Lab (Laboratory for Structural Testing of Resilient and Sustainable Systems). This contains a variety of machinery including a 20-ton crane, a reinforced strong-floor, welding and machining gear, and linear actuators capable of providing hundreds of tons of force. I've been able to observe and help implement data acquisition systems that are able to monitor and display real-time data while hydraulic systems crush large-scale structures. I was able to help with research including spirally-welded steel cylinders for use in windmills, and concrete specimens to reduce environmental impact in skyscrapers. Working there has been enlightening, and I've been able to help out with research and do my own work machining, soldering, and helping solve problems. ## Education ### Master of Science - MS in Bachelor of Science - BS, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Northeastern University ### Tamalpais High School ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/ted-myers - Website: http://tedfmyers.com/ --- Source: https://flows.cv/tedmyers JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/tedmyers/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-01
