•	Documented changes necessary for a project: the jobs and files that would be affected, the code that would be changed, and the unit testing to confirm the new functionality. This documentation was required for the Quality Assurance team to prepare test cases.

•	Worked on a team to change Pre-Authorized Draft and Systematic Withdrawal Plan transaction processing from IMS to DB2, so multiples of each type could be handled.
•	Subject Matter Expert who streamlined same-day and next-day jobs to automatically reverse and reapply transactions that had incorrect prices.
•	Contributed to moving the Investar system in-house for Franklin Templeton, resulting in a job offer.
