CS1800 - Discrete Structures

Mentored a class of 250+ students guiding students through the foundational concepts that underpin computer science. Introducing mathematical structures such as sets, tuples, sequences, lists, trees, graphs and methods such as functions, relations, ordering, equivalence relations, inductive and recursive definitions of structures and functions as well as covering the counting techniques and arguments needed to estimate the size of sets, the growth of functions, and the space-time complexity of algorithms.

Facilitated classroom discussions and providing guidance during office hours as well as reviewing weekly assignment submissions.

• Enhanced the User Interface by employing AngularJS and TypeScript to optimize the display and editing of configurations on SLA Management portal.

• Integrated RESTful APIs on .NET framework to interact with algorithms on the backend to calculate the recommended containers.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with XML configurations, SQL queries and Stored procedures to ensure efficient data management.

• Pioneered use of Micro-services architecture as well as strengthened developmental methodologies by following Test- Driven Development (TDD) reducing operational cost.
