Building Event-Driven Data-Mesh using Flink and Kafka

Developed DNAC Platform Choreography Flow Engine, which powers DNAC use-cases, such as SD-Access, NFV, Device Assurance and ITSM integration.

Worked on developing the infrastructure for vCloudAir Services, using vCloudDirector Networking, Redis, NATS, Google Protocol Buffers, Hazelcast, Akka and Docker.

Worked on Cisco SocialMiner: a social media customer care web-app. Contributions include implementing REST-based services and runtime for various components, such as XMPP Chat, RSS/Push Feed, Notification, default search capability of SocialMiner data using Apache Solr and Facebook integration.

Worked on developing a performance test framework, and used it to fix performance and scalability issues in chat and feed subsystems.

Worked on Cisco CCE Web Setup and ActiveDirectory User Migration Tool.

Also participated in the CCBU hack-day efforts and implemented the following demos:

• Exposed a CCE Web Setup component as a REST service using Jersey framework.

• Used Jetty and Websockets for SocialMiner chat feature, instead of poll-based chat from agent-side.

• Used Scala to write SocialMiner end-to-end functional tests.

• Used Netty to implement a pull-notification scheme for SocialMiner.

Worked on Orbix ORB runtime, including the IIOP/IIOP_TLS protocol stack's asynchronous transport layer, GIOP layer and Notification Service. Worked on IDL compiler and Interface Repository. Also worked on performance and scalability improvements.

Worked on Artix ESB runtime, SOAP/HTTP and MQ transport plugins, threading models, interceptor framework and various WS-* protocols, such as WS-Addressing and WS-ReliableMessaging.

Represented IONA in AMQP transport working group.
