Architected a bespoke AI edge appliance from initial concept sketching to final CAD. Wore both ID and ME hats to create a "futuristic yet approachable" brand aesthetic.
Optimized thermal performance via CFD airflow modeling, hand calculations, and thermal chamber testing.
