Took AI Edge Compute Hardware programs from concept sketch to mass production. Architected a bespoke AI edge appliance from initial concept sketching to final CAD. Wore both ID and ME hats to create a "futuristic yet approachable" brand aesthetic. Optimized thermal performance via CFD airflow modeling, hand calculations, and thermal chamber testing. Rapid Iteration: Led 5 ground-up system redesigns in 18 months, bringing up production lines in Asia and the US.
