Senior Construction Manager for TRIGroup Management Company, overseeing and managing the Measure H Bond Program (381.7 million) in the Hayward Unified School District, that provided funds to modernize schools and improve safety.
Working directly with Contractors, Architects, DSA and School District personnel, including the Director of Facility, site principals and staff, to facilitate a smooth construction process. Reviewing Pay Applications, Change Orders and managing the overall budget and contingencies. Supporting the School District, with writing and processing contracts for additional consultants, and effectively arbitrating with project teams. Overseeing the modernization of three schools, Temporary Housings and Roofing Projects.

Construction Program Manager for the Frank Hagel Federal Building, constructed in 1975, a six-story structure with 619,000 square feet of office space, Cafeteria, and Fitness Center over a below grade Parking Basement. Additionally, there are exterior plazas and parking. SSA is the sole tenant of the building.
Supporting and managing the program for repair and alteration projects at the FHFB, reporting to SSA and coordinating with GSA, A/E’s, Construction Contractors, and other Stakeholders. Working with GSA PM’s to schedule, monitor and review Design & Procurement Deliverables to keep the FHFB renovation projects on track and in line with SSA requirements.

Oversaw $269 Million Bond Program and four comprehensive architectural firms providing capital improvements to SRCS facilities with designs for innovative learning environments and instructional technology to support 21st century learning. Managed the Schematic Design Phase of four Elementary Schools and two High Schools keeping the designs on schedule and budget. Coordinated the work of a multi-disciplinary team including design architects, geotechnical consultants, surveyors, and HAZMAT consultants in the successful completion of schematic design projects. Led the outreach component of the Bond Program with the general public.

Provided design coordination over 11 projects with $210 Million total budget ( 1000 Broadway Move Management, Fairmont ES, Highland ES, Gompers/LPS/Sylvester Greenwood Academy, Montalvin ES, El Cerrito High School Stadium, Korematsu MS, Downer ES, Coronado ES Transition, Gompers Temporary Campus Transition, and LPS Temporary). Drove construction operational integrity with efficiencies throughout the entire lifecycle including conceptual design and programming, schematic design, design development, DSA approval, and project documentation. Senior subject matter expert in interpreting of architectural drawing for accuracy and consistency.

Spearheaded the transformation of two elementary schools for the Antioch Unified School District with $2 Million budget. Rallied the community around the vision for modernizing and creating new structures for both schools without disrupting the aggressive project timeline. Effectively consolidated all programming production input in order to appropriately reflect all requirements during the design and drawing stages. Aligned design drawings and plans with a robust budget to help accomplish project goals.
