• Building and leading a Visual Experience Design team focused on creating scalable creative assets across CRM channels, including email, in-game, and web content.
• Led the transition of the Product Design team from Ventures to CRM, establishing new workflows, partnerships, and operating models.
• Maintain and evolve design support for CRM platforms, including web experiences such as Drop.
• Partner with CRM Strategy, CA&L, Localization, and other cross-functional teams to design and scale creative workflows, including support for low-touch and high-volume content.
• Supported design execution across major franchises including Battlefield and EA SPORTS, contributing to web, email, and platform experiences.
• Built and refined production pipelines and workflows, introducing tools such as Asana, Airtable, and proofing systems (Frame.io, ProofHQ) to improve collaboration and delivery.
• Act as a connector across teams, aligning stakeholders and bridging creative, production, and product functions.
• Contributing to the evolution of CRM workflows through automation, AI, and more scalable design systems.
