Client: Large Scale Insurance Corporation
● Database level support to a web application that allows users to find and modify records for dental providers, insurance group members, and insurance claims. This includes ad-hoc t-SQL scripts to modify data as well as stored procedure, SSIS package, and database table development.
● Application code level support to a variety of apps for the company, including a PDF manager and a data-maintenance tool. This task involves a competent knowledge of C# and Automise, among other skills.
● Front-line production support. We spend a good deal of time communicating with users and monitoring possible root cause issues.
● Development for a series of scheduled processes that impacted the client's output letter generation. This includes new Automise, SSIS, and Stored Procedure development
