Actively developed in both OCS, our cloud-native platform, and Data Archive, our on-prem data management solution.

• Worked on enabling cross-tenant collaboration and data sharing for our cloud-native platform using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Azure Service Fabric.

• Consolidated REST API requirements, wrote application level code, and deployed features to clusters.

• Fixed performance issue involving abnormally high page fault due to faulty prime cache logic. Fixing the issue sped up operation several tenfolds.

• Wrote a performant nightly test dashboard using Elastic Stack. Sped up query time hundredfolds.

• Enforced best practices such as SOLID principles and TDD.

Developed primarily Java based numerical modeling software such as graphical user interfaces and computational models.

• Researched and developed an Artificial Neural Networks using stochastic gradient descent for river down flow predictions using Stuttgart Neural Network Simulator.

• Co-developed a prototype dashboard framework in an Agile workflow to act as a centralized platform for various panels and contents of CWMS, a real-time forecasting software. Built upon the Netbeans platform.

• Developed a Java Implementation, originally in Fortran, of the Expected Moment Algorithm, an algorithm used for flood frequency analysis, by coordinating with the analysis team. Allowed for significantly easier extensions and maintainability.
