# Theo Arguna > Art Director at Life360 | B2C and Consumer Goods Design Leader | Expert in brand design and digital marketing campaigns. Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/theoarguna 🎨 Creative problem-solver, brand storyteller, and design enthusiast with over a decade of experience crafting impactful campaigns that bring brands to life. Currently leading global brand campaigns at Life360, shaping multi-channel creative that resonates with millions. Previously at Appdirect and Intuit, I helped develop engaging marketing visuals that made b2b feel less like a spreadsheet and more like a story. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and aesthetics, turning complex ideas into visually compelling narratives. 💡 Favorite design mantra? “Design is thinking made visual.” (Thanks, Saul Bass!) Fun fact: I have an uncanny ability to spot lousy kerning from across the room. Always open to nerding out over typography, color theory, or the latest creative tech. That’s my daily mission at Life360. I lead the creative vision behind global brand campaigns, like Back to School and our limited-edition launches, aka our biggest revenue drivers of the year. From digital ads to OOH takeovers, I make sure our visuals don’t just look good but actually connect. I also help streamline our creative workflows (because nobody likes chaos), making things run faster. Plus, I get to work with an amazing team of designers, copywriters, and photographers to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories. ### Lead Brand Designer @ AppDirect Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 Think B2B, but make it stylish. At AppDirect, I led the brand’s visual identity, making sure our marketing didn’t feel like another forgettable SaaS company. From web and ads to community experiences, I built out design systems that made everything feel fresh, cohesive, and not boring. My major projects? Crafting go-to-market campaigns, designing for subscription commerce, and launching a podcast brand that actually looked as good as it sounded. ### Visual Designer - Contract @ Intuit Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 Finance can be fun—trust me. At QuickBooks, I helped translate numbers and spreadsheets into engaging, human-centered visuals. As part of the QuickBooks Experience Design Team, I created assets for ongoing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint felt polished and approachable. My main focus? Designing for QuickBooks.com, including the homepage, Plans & Pricing pages, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. I also developed and maintained landing pages and email campaigns for the QuickBooks Small Business team, making complex financial tools feel seamless and accessible. ### Sr. Visual Designer @ Juvo Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 At Juvo, I wore many hats (figuratively, though I wouldn't say no to a cool branded cap). Leading design for the brand and marketing team meant juggling branding, strategy, art direction, and storytelling—basically making sure everything looked sharp while also telling a compelling story. I managed the full creative process, from those “What if we…” brainstorms to the final polished visuals, collaborating with teams across the company to bring ideas to life. My days were filled with everything from sketching concepts and crafting mood boards to mapping out wireframes and directing photoshoots. Need an infographic? A killer presentation? A mobile-friendly visual that doesn’t make you squint? I had it covered. It was part strategy, part execution, and a whole lot of creative problem-solving because great design is about way more than just making things pretty. ### Visual Designer @ Juvo Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area ### Sr. Designer @ Wrap Media LLC Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | San Francisco Bay Area Telling a great story? That’s what Wrap Media was all about. I took big ideas and turned them into interactive, mobile-first experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. I also designed web properties with “self-serve” modules, making it easier for non-tech teams to keep things running smoothly. Bonus: I built out a library of sales enablement materials to help our team sell the dream. Major Clients: Warner Bros. Music, BMW, Sprint, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave ### User Interface Designer - Contract @ Common Sense Media Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area Designing for parents, kids, and educators meant balancing fun with functional. At Common Sense Media, I created user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that made education resources more accessible. I also worked on establishing UI patterns to ensure a seamless experience across all web properties. ### User Interface Designer @ Opera Mediaworks (Rebranded to AdColony) Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area At Opera Mediaworks, I had one mission: make mobile ads that people actually want to engage with (yes, it’s possible!). As part of the world’s leading mobile advertising platform, I got to design rich media campaigns for brands you’ve definitely heard of: Clash of Clans, Uber, Facebook, and Hotel Tonight. My job was all about creating interactive, high-impact ads that didn’t just look good but made people feel something (or at least not immediately hit “skip”). I worked closely with product and marketing teams to ensure every ad was both visually stunning and strategically smart. Basically, if you’ve ever been weirdly mesmerized by a mobile ad, there’s a chance I had something to do with it. ## Education ### Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design Oklahoma State University ### Associate of Science (A.S.) in Mechanical Engineering Northern Oklahoma College ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/theoarguna --- Source: https://flows.cv/theoarguna JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/theoarguna/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-13
