* Worked with multiple cross functional partners across Design, Marketing, Sales and Product Management to ensure feasibility and launch of new UX for SMB Advertisers on multiple surfaces: Instagram(IG) App, Instagram Desktop, Instagram for Business, Ads Manager Desktop, Ads Manager App and Meta Business Suite.
* Led and implemented the engagement flow for connecting SMB Advertisers to Meta Marketing Pros in Instagram App. Increase by 70% the Meta Pro connection conversion rate for advertisers that interacted with the engagement flow on IG. Led and mentored another engineer in this project. Deployed to iOS and Android.
* Improved the UX and implemented the engagement flow for SMB Advertisers in Ads Manager App. Increased conversion rate on all advertisers connecting with Meta Pros by 7%. Used React Native for front-end and GraphQL, Relay and Hack(PHP) for back-end development.
* Maintained and onboarded Instagram advertisers to the internal engagement back-end API. Ensuring logging, reporting and dashboards were in-place. Besides documentation, unit and e2e testing.
* Co-led a Customer Centricity workstream to interview Advertisers across the whole Business Engineering org.
