In my role as Associate Creative Director, I lead and inspire a team of designers by providing creative direction and constructive feedback to create elegant and user-friendly experiences.

I collaborate closely with product managers and strategists to shape our projects' strategy, ensuring that user needs and business goals are transformed into compelling products. I also serve as a bridge between the design and engineering teams, ensuring the standards of deliverables are met and that our designs are faithfully implemented in the final product.

I present and defend my design decisions to stakeholders and executive teams, making certain that our design solutions align with user needs and business objectives.

As a Design Lead at Elephant, I handled larger or more complex projects and accounts. I was responsible for developing experience concepts to solve business challenges and for presenting my work from concept to execution.

I worked quickly and collaboratively, performing rapid prototyping to validate design solutions and creating high-fidelity prototypes for user/usability testing. I was highly detail-oriented, capable of organizing complex design systems to create a cohesive vision and solution, and I contributed to the development of experience strategies. I approached problems from both conceptual and executional levels, ensuring that the overarching vision was infused into every aspect of a project.

I provided direction and leadership to experience designers on my project teams, accurately scoped the design phases of projects, and participated in pitches and industry events as required.
