During a transition period of around 6 months into a reorg, I led a pod of Eightfold team members composed of functional (product workflows, talent transformation) and technical (integration systems, core platform) Solution Experts in charge of our VIP/Platinum customers.

1. Advising sales and partner teams with innovation projects, phase 0 projects and services sales team with non-GA or emerging product opportunities

2. Leading the operationalization of our product delivery scale up, owning the implementation advisory practice, redesigning our implementation approach

3. Guiding the development of our SI partner teams. Product Delivery Assurance to all partners globally. App Marketplace development.

I led the team delivering the professional services portfolio to grow from scratch a new business unit implementing the Talent Intelligence Platform - TA/TM, Flex, and particularly Workforce Exchange at social-good and public sector strategic organizations tackling the challenges of employment.

My scope spans leading the implementation services team and P&L from pre-sales to implementation to customer success ; 3-sided marketplace adoption services, product and account development, partners operations ; going from 0 to high single digit million dollars in ARR in less than a year in 2021 and growing.

Major implementations:

• New-York State DOL (new client, powering job seekers, case managers, and employers with AI matching and insights at scale on jobs, careers, and upskilling - integrated with Coursera and case management processes)

• OneTen (One million family sustaining careers in 10 years, first nonprofit - coalition formed by 70+ leading US companies and 85+ talent development industry leaders)

• Defense Innovation Unit - DoD (GigEagle - matching reservists and national guard workforce to gigs at DoD, giga-scale-high-skill contingent workforce)

• Houston Independent School District (first Ed customer, one of the largest in the US, high complexity SAP SuccessFactors+Eightfold TA implementation)
