Working with the Home Services Team to develop a tool suite to empower our Redfin agents and contractors to take on and manage home renovations at a national scale.

Project Management: Overseeing 4 project leads and their teams (~35 developers) in the creation of websites, internal tools, and data-driven content to support the digital form of the newspaper.

Full-Stack Engineering and Design: Directly leading a group of 6 interns in rebuilding and redesigning our main website’s infrastructure and user experience.

Teaching and Training: Helping interns develop their professional web development skills through peer programming and code reviews.

User Growth: Using Analytics platforms, SEO, and Social Media strategies to promote a large scale website that has over 4,000,000 unique pageviews per year.

Lead at UCLA's Apple Campus store. Responsibilities Include:

Team Management: Supervise ~18 employees in a retail environment through task management, scheduling, and conflict resolution.

IT Support: Troubleshoot software problems on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Hiring and Training: Conduct the full hiring process from applications and interviews through onboarding and training.
