- Designed, implemented, collaborated cross-functionally, and led development on a classification framework with 3 engineers for over a year

- This framework is used by users and various internal teams to classify any content on the platform and relations between content in a graph-based model, to help improve personalized learning

- Built the framework using Python, Django, MySQL, and Elasticsearch, and also designed it to be database-agnostic to scale

- The framework is estimated to reduce future engineering work on 10+ future use cases by over 50%

- Developed and evangelized across the engineering org an abstraction for developers to more easily execute cross-DB joins with Django by modifying the ORM
