• Ensured customer satisfaction by providing application support for 87 legacy applications.
• Served in a critical role as a liaison between ATT and IBM organizations to identify the right
resources for impacted applications and develop estimates using the new MDE estimation tool.

Achievements:
• Boosted quality and efficiency by supporting application architects in developing high-level design for enhanced features on the IP Flexible Reach Project by creating two comprehensive system requirements documents with more than 70 functional requirements.
• Facilitated the approval and certification of User Interface Specification documents that contain technical flow information.
