Safe App:

• Led the design of major product areas and new features for the Arlo Safe app. Involved in strategic planning, business metric measurement, UX flows, and prototyping. Scheduled for launch in 2025.

• I directed the design team in developing the iPad design from scratch, marking the iPad design project within the company. This initiative entailed extensive collaboration with engineers, the creation of design systems and guidelines, and rigorous testing processes.

Secure App:

• Led UX design and research for Arlo's camera Pro 5S 2K, launched in Nov 2022.

• Directed UX design for 2 accessory products, the Wire-Free Keypad and Wire-Free Outdoor Siren, both launched in 2023.

• These products earned multiple prestigious awards, including BIG Innovation Awards, Merit Technology Awards, etc.

• Championed the design of product onboarding, dashboard, and device settings flows, resulting in a 68% increase in onboarding conversion rate. Interviewed internal employees and existing users. Utilized the findings to develop personas, journey maps, and wireframes, which significantly influenced design decisions.

• Collaborated with relevant stakeholders to understand design needs and provide research and design recommendations.

• Created sketches, prototypes, wireframes, interaction assets, and visual guides so others can visually understand the design direction.

• Led creative workshops to understand and align business requirements.

• Determined best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals and helped to determine overall direction.

• Fostered the defining and sharing of UX design patterns and standards and consistency across team members. Identified challenges and adapted as needed based on the context of the solution and customer.

• Collaborated with developers to create user-friendly, intuitive, interfaces which adapts to different surfaces.
