As VP of Product Design & Research at Demandbase, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our design and research functions—positioning user experience as a core driver of product excellence and market differentiation. My role spans building a high-performing, insight-led design culture, aligning product experiences to business priorities, and introducing forward-looking AI-powered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive a multi-year UX strategy aligned with Demandbase’s product roadmap, business goals, and customer needs.
Team Development: Lead the Design Research Leadership Team (DRLT) and product design organization, fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market leaders to integrate design and research into every stage of the product lifecycle.
AI-Driven Innovation: Introduce and embed Demandbase’s AI Design Principles to shape next-generation product experiences that are proactive, agent-friendly, and human-centered.
Voice of the Customer: Champion customer insights through direct engagement, user research programs, and the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to inform product strategy and design decisions.
