- Scoped the project from inception, aligning stakeholders on beta scope, data dependencies, and technical risks; led the adoption of Snowflake for the persistence layer.
- Built the core dbt attribution models that convert raw event data into high-signal, actionable insights, establishing patterns that the team later extended to support multi-touch attribution, impressions, and referrers.
- Drove performance and scalability by uncovering critical issues through exploratory testing, introducing repeatable load tests, and ensuring fast, reliable query performance.
- Further positioned the company as a platform for greater marketing efficiency.

Ad Performance:
- Created and launched an offline attributions product that connects our
customers highly sensitive EHR data to their marketing pipeline while
maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Enabled customers to safely optimize campaigns based on previously off-limit

Web Tracker Monitoring:

- Tech lead for background check integration to reduce fraud and meet industry compliance standards-- technical design, planning, working with product managers, shepherding release, monitoring, and maintenance of code.
- Worked with a team of engineers to build an in-app messaging center for company execs to communicate with their stakeholders. Wrote the code from scratch and shipped to customers well within one quarter.
- Reduced tech debt by deprecating and removing the longest-running feature flag in Carta's dev history, while also saving the company ~200K per year in subscription integration fees.
