I'm currently working on the Website Builder product, empowering entrepreneurs to create a digital presence for their ventures. As the subject matter expert in experimentation for the team, I've implemented A/B experiments focused on improving KPIs like publish and paid conversion rates. I've onboarded teams onto the company experimentation platform and published documentation for setting up and launching A/B tests within the product.

As the team lead, I also run the Scrum meetings and work closely with Product & UX to define feature requirements.

I provided UX support to various product teams within GoDaddy's Hosting product set. This came in the form of frontend code, customer research, usability testing, R&D, and design mock-ups.

I worked on several dashboard projects, one being the My Hosting dashboard, an easily navigable control panel where customers can view and manage the details of each of their WordPress sites. My contributions to this project have included incorporating functional animations to signal better system status and maintaining responsive and reusable CSS styles.

I held the lead designer role for WP Premium Support, a subscription-based support service for customers with WordPress sites. I conducted customer research in order to identify a customer persona and define metrics for the product's success. This included customer phone interviews which led to creating a customer persona, categorizing sentiments based on the customer feedback, creating InVision prototype walkthroughs, and launching navigation tests on Usability Hub.

Worked with the WebPro team to develop the GoDaddy Pro program, a central source for freelancers to keep track of clients and projects

Created wireframes for new aspects of GoDaddy Pro and developed an internal style guide

Created wireframes for intern hackathon team project, Pro Finder

Performed usability tests using prototypes of a mobile site builder

Implemented a user feedback feature and categorized case studies in the database for The DesignExchange, a National Science Foundation supported research project led by Alice Agogino and Sara Beckman

Provide video recording services to MBA students

Offer technical assistance and equipment rental to professors and students
