I provided UX support to various product teams within GoDaddy's Hosting product set. This came in the form of frontend code, customer research, usability testing, R&D, and design mock-ups.
I worked on several dashboard projects, one being the My Hosting dashboard, an easily navigable control panel where customers can view and manage the details of each of their WordPress sites. My contributions to this project have included incorporating functional animations to signal better system status and maintaining responsive and reusable CSS styles.
I held the lead designer role for WP Premium Support, a subscription-based support service for customers with WordPress sites. I conducted customer research in order to identify a customer persona and define metrics for the product's success. This included customer phone interviews which led to creating a customer persona, categorizing sentiments based on the customer feedback, creating InVision prototype walkthroughs, and launching navigation tests on Usability Hub.
