I also love teaching and mentoring, which enables me to create a team culture that is customer first and design forward. ## Work Experience ### Head of Product Design @ Aircall Jan 2025 – Present ### Group Design Manager, Capital, Banking, and Live Payments @ Intuit Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 Led the design team for our QuickBooks lending, live payments, and bank experiences, which represent >$x00M in revenue. A few highlights include launching QuickBooks Line of Credit, Apple Tap to Pay on QuickBooks Mobile and GoPayment, and a new Lending Marketplace. These help small businesses get much needed funding and get paid more easily (and with lower transaction fees). ### Design Manager, 3rd Party Developer/App Ecosystem @ Intuit Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 Led the design team for QuickBook's Developer and Partner group, which is responsible for building experiences for 3rd party developers and our QuickBooks app ecosystem. During this time, we redesigned the developer experience and API documentation, which led to a 60 point increase in PRS. We also ran a series of experiments to improve app connection and envisioned a future of seamless, embedded integration experiences within QuickBooks Online. ### Product Designer @ Facebook Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 Worked on authenticity and transparency products within integrity to combat election meddling and inauthentic representation in advance of the 2020 US election. This work was featured in the news and led to no major escalations. ### Lead Product Designer @ Qventus, Inc Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | SF Bay Area As the head of design, I mentored and managed 1 other designer, hired 1 designer, created design processes and evangelized product design and design thinking. I also worked as an individual contributor across multiple projects, from developing perioperative (operating room) solutions to redesigning our email templates to researching and designing Qventus's first enterprise solution: Mission Control Center. Mission Control Center is a mobile, TV and desktop solution that enables multiple hospitals in a health system save patient lives. It takes data from electronic medical records and, using machine learning and frontline expertise, predicts problems and bottlenecks before they happen. At the end of the day, it enables hospital staff to deliver better patient care and save lives. It was publicly unveiled at Beckers, the largest healthcare conference in the US, and launched at Fairview Health Services in early 2019. Worked closely with product management, engineering and marketing on features and roadmap. Was the design lead for Xoey and iterated on this MVP with multiple features: 1. Educational guide 2. Home match 3. Financial calculator 4. Agent match 5. Feed 3 months after launch, Xoey had 20K downloads and several consumers in the pipeline to revenue. After TH Lee acquired Ten-X for $1.6B, this product was spun off into a joint venture. ### Senior UX Designer @ Medallia Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 Redesigned enterprise software to create valuable, emotional and beautiful product experiences that help all levels of a large company understand their customers. These included companies in retail, auto, hospitality, financial services, telecommunications and B2B. On a small design team of 4, we redesigned our reporting experience and increased our net promoter score by nearly 40 points. We did this by focusing on the user, lifting our visual design, and creating an IA that fit our users' mental model. Specifically, I redesigned the most used feature in our product and worked with client services to create new user flows and reporting design for each industry we serve. ### Design Mentor @ Design Lab Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 I was both a subject matter and career mentor to aspiring design students studying interaction design, user research and design strategy through 1:1 coaching and design critiques. ### UX Instructor @ Whitespace | Designer Accelerator Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | San Francisco Bay Area Developed a comprehensive UX curriculum and taught interaction design to 5 early career designers to help them become better product designers. Led design critiques, office hours and 1:1s to further individualize learning and development. ### Interaction Designer @ Intuit Jan 2012 – Jan 2014 Intuit Payroll: Was the lead designer on Snap Payroll, a 5-star iPhone app that allows small business owners to quickly calculate paychecks. Led the state payroll support expansion initiative, created an experience for business owners who are in unsupported states and experimented with concepts to get to our goal of 200K active users. Worked in an agile environment to collaborate, brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver designs through workflows, wireframes and mockups. TurboTax: Contributed and drove designs for a new TurboTax Online feature and service for the upcoming tax year. Worked with the team to conduct user research, formulate a product and design vision, create design principles and propose workflows to integrate into the TurboTax Online ecosystem. Created and tested wireframes and mockups for implementation. QuickBooks Mobile: Worked with a small team to explore a new product and business strategy for QuickBooks Mobile. Contributed to ethnographic research and defining a vision and product principles. Created concepts, wireframes and workflows. Redesigned the QuickBooks for iPad notes feature. Switch to QuickBooks: Was the lead designer in redesigning a PC desktop data migration tool for our global markets, specifically Canada, UK and Australia. Created workflows, mockups and assets to deliver to engineers and oversaw implementation. Released this tool in beta to 60 accountants across 3 countries. QuickBooks Online and Desktop: Redesigned the data migration flow in QuickBooks Desktop with a small team of designers that resulted in higher subscription rates to QuickBooks Online. Contributed to a 6-week intensive ethnographic research project to discover customer insights that will drive product strategy for QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migration over the next 2 years. ### UI/UX Intern @ Gooru Jan 2012 – Jan 2012 | Palo Alto, California Created wireframes and mockups for Gooru website, from designing improvements on current UI to conceptualizing new features. Contributed to maintaining design consistency across website and features through updating the design style guide for both designers and engineers. Worked with engineers in India to deliver designs. Designed marketing materials for conferences and partnerships. ### Product Design Intern @ Snapette Jan 2011 – Jan 2011 Led beta testing and improvements to UI/UX design of the mobile application prior to public launch.
