Worked on the rebrand primarily on the home and about page, as well as benchmarks. On the Enterprise team, I was a customer focused full stack software engineer using Typescript/Javascript (Panel) and Python (Django). Main engineer on UX, the Impact report and custom alerts. Also worked on consistency, funnels, dashboards, and other features to help customers assess their metrics. Responsible for Festive Mode. I was 50% Support / 50% Engineering from January to March 2018, and transitioned full-time to Software Engineer in April 2018. ### Support Engineer @ Mixpanel Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Delight customers with magic by solving challenging technical problems and empower users to learn from and develop actionable insights from their own data. Some of the projects I've done: - Onboarding app: support's training guide during the onboarding process that shows their calendar, their milestones, and extra notes about a training using Javascript and Django - Table for 2: a site that matches coworkers for lunch or coffee - Technical trainings: develop technical trainings teaching new support engineers about our API endpoints, creating scripts, and implementing Mixpanel server-side. ### Software Engineering Intern, Student Information Systems @ UC Berkeley Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Berkeley, CA Full stack software engineer intern using Javascript and Ruby on Rails. I spearheaded the final exam schedule card feature, which was finally released in 2018.
