Oversaw the semi-automation of a pipeline to transfer data from brain imaging modalities (e.g. fMRI, PET) to 3D brain maps for clinical use. Improved the maximum patient data processing speed 10x, from 2 patients per day to 20 patients per day via Python scripts that ran backgrounded processes locally on Windows cluster.

Led weekly interactive lessons for classroom sections of 20 students on CS topics such as data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, hash tables, trees) and algorithms (e.g., greedy, sorting), Graded over 300 problem sets and exams for an introductory computer science course taught jointly between Yale and Harvard.

Provided group and 1-1 tutoring for students who need extra help completing problem sets and understanding the Calculus course material. Maintain close communication with course professor to note challenging lecture material that impede student performance.
