Over the years, I’ve built tools that help merchants and brands scale their businesses, spanning both enterprise platforms and consumer-facing experiences, from empowering sellers run their businesses by securing accounts, managing connected devices at Square, to helping a Sequoia-backed startup find product-market fit, scale, and get acquired.

### Senior Product Designer @ Square
Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco, CA
Currently, I am helping sellers start, run, grow, and secure their businesses with Square's integrated ecosystem of commerce solutions. 
Some of the selected ongoing product design initiatives:
- Crafting a centralized product for Square upmarket sellers to monitor and manage their suite of connected devices and/or Point of Sale app settings.
- Crafting a new experience for Square sellers to troubleshoot their connected devices in Point of Sale apps.

### Product Designer @ VMware
Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | Palo Alto, California
Continued leading product design on various management tools for admins to manage, scale, and secure their teams. 

Some of selected end-to-end product design projects:
- The self-service federation allows IT admin to set up federation to enjoy the benefits of single sign-on and unified user management without the hassle. It lasted 1.5 years and reached general availability in June 2021.
- New permission-based access control gives the cloud admins flexibility of managing permissions, granular control over who has access to what. 
- Launched the governance and risk-management service from 0 to 1 on a small development team, which enables infosec admin to govern identity across all VMware cloud services.
- Contributed interaction and motion components to the Clarity design system.

### Founding Designer @ Saviynt
Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | El Segundo, California
Started my journey of designing admin management tools. Here I 
- Led product innovation and design of intelligent identity cloud security products to enable organizations to securely connect the right people to the right technologies/content at the right time.
- Led the overall creative direction for visual design language, interaction patterns, product navigation architecture, and motion design for the Saviynt portfolio of products.
- Improved cross-functional teams' collaboration and alignment by creating and evangelizing the first formalized product development process.
- Facilitated the executive stakeholders to envision the long-term product and business opportunities.
