Created responsive websites, mobile Apps, e-commerce solutions, print advertising and catalogs that maintain brand standards through interaction with corporate marketing, various direct business managers and owners. Most recently, I worked with several teams creating wireframes/flows UI/UX to bring T-Mobile into FCC Regulatory Compliance. I also was the lead in transitioning UI/UX designing from UXPin to Figma. In 2020, I design, research and develop new products that contributed to a seamless customer care experience at T-Mobile. I am responsible for delivering high-quality mock-ups and rapid prototypes as well as contributing new patterns to the design system. I work with research to conduct user experience interviews and usability testing. I translate customer care experts' ideas into functional specifications for the design & development teams.

As a Senior UI-UX-VX designer for the world's largest producer of molybdenum and copper, I created interactively tested, data-driven and user-centered responsive design solutions for the platform. Developed mock-ups, wireframes, created rapid prototyping in Sketch. I conducted user experience interviews and usability testing. I defined the right interaction models by developing wireframes, prototyping and user testing. Working individually and collaboratively on projects centered around user research, user testing and rapid prototyping.

I designed and executed several corporate and consumer-responsive websites. I also created user-centered UX/UI designs for software applications, mobile apps, and e-commerce solutions using Adobe XD and Axure RP. I provided leadership to design and developers throughout the development process. I collaborated with business units, including marketing and development, as well as other project managers and stakeholders, throughout the product development cycle.

Designed UI/UX for the 2011- 2012 SDSU Course Curriculum website. Working with the Director of Admissions and the Lead Communications and New Media Director, I designed and built a website that contained all courses offered at SDSU. The site was created using CSS/HTML and jQuery. The site allowed the students to select and view all courses in a variety of disciplines offered at the university.
