As the Design Lead for VMware Cloud Management, specifically Cloud Automation, I spearheaded user research and product design efforts, collaborating closely with UI engineering for VMware vRealize Automation Cloud and Blueprints. The objective was to empower cloud teams to efficiently and delightfully meet the requirements of application teams. Under my leadership, the implementation of user-centric design strategies contributed to a noteworthy 18% improvement in user satisfaction and a distinct 12% reduction in the time required for blueprint creation. Additionally, vRealize Automation Cloud successfully facilitated seamless multi-cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, and vSphere, enhancing the Infrastructure as Code experience for users.
