• Maintained and developed internal applications including a content management system called Nautilus (OnBase) which is used to pass documents through workflow life cycles.

• Nautilus managed and handled nearly all documents used for Northwest Bank's businesses.

• Utilized SQL jobs, and SSIS packages to automate data migration between databases.

• Developed an ASP.net application for a client financial company (MPMX) with over a million dollars in annual revenue.

• During the internship, the app automated the generation of 22 legal documents using SQL stored procedures and RDLC.

• Redesigned and managed the SQL database structure to match the client's requirements, business system and products.

• Provided customer service to over 150 students daily including computing, printing and troubleshooting.

• Maintained order, safety and security within the site, escalated issues appropriately and reported them if necessary.

• Averaged 12 hours per week during the academic terms.
