Led the Collection organization at Persona, which includes the Dynamic Flow, Flow Editor, and Document AI product teams (~20 engineers).

Drove engineering design, stability/scaling initiatives, and product direction on the Dynamic Flow team, leading to Dynamic Flow being an industry leader in terms of flexibility, branding, and accessibility.

Acted as primary engineering point of contact for Dynamic Flow for many of Persona's largest customers.

Established new hire onboarding and performance management processes across the engineering org.

Zero-to-one work on many of Persona's foundational products, including Dynamic Flow, Flow Editor, and Analytics. Also contributed extensively to frontend architecture, design systems, and a11y across Persona.

· Launched Nash's basic and advanced exchange trading interface interface. Built charts, order book, order placement, markets list, tickers, open orders, and other features.

· Reference implementation (TypeScript) of Nash Protocol, a collection of cryptographic routines related to user onboarding, authentication, and wallet management. Worked with security researchers to ensure soundness.

· Development of Nash's shared UI component library, TypeScript client SDK, fiat ramps product, user onboarding / account management, and general frontend architecture.
