Developed Python tool for one of the company's VoIP products to display call stats and diagnose network and call quality issues. Participated in company wide hackathon and won 'Most Creative' and 'Audience Favourite' prizes.

Worked in a team of three Oxford students consulting Asha for Education, a charity focused on socioeconomic change in India through supporting the education of underprivileged children. Conducted research, interviewed students from all backgrounds and analysed our collective data. Presented final report on solutions for improving and maintaining volunteer numbers to client.
