•Founding member of the new technical support team at AuditBoard.
•Fix bugs in the company's JavaScript codebase (Node.js backend, Ember.js frontend).
•Utilize JIRA to document, track, and prioritize bugs.
•Meet with the lead developers and product managers weekly, to triage and prioritize bugs.
•Perform regular DevOps maintenance (i.e. version upgrades, site backups/restores, new site creation, etc.).
•Write documentation to allow non-technical employees to self-troubleshoot technical issues.
Side Project (Feb-Mar 2020): Reduced implementation time by 40-50% by developing an Excel plug-in to connect Excel to the company API, to perform read/write operations to the database. Written using the Microsoft Office JavaScript API. I owned all aspects of this project, including:
•Initial brainstorm and ideation
•Pitching the idea to upper management
•Writing the JavaScript code
•Tracking and fixing bugs
•Deploying and distributing the add-in to employees
•Giving live training sessions on how to use the add-in
