Designed and implemented a metrics dashboard to monitor hiring and onboarding API calls.

Managed training, travel opportunities, and career activities for a club of 40+ members. Led travel team to first ever Top 25 Ranking (#15). Pioneered Virtual Model United Nations Bootcamp to train high schoolers in public speaking, leadership, and diplomatic writing. Implemented a community outreach program, Gaucho Diplomats, to foster Model United Nations teams at local high schools.

Spearheaded training program for the Model United Nations travel team and personally integrated new methods to develop public speaking, interpersonal, and writing skills. Designed conference simulations for purposes of fostering real-time experience. Maintained spreadsheet on team members tracking areas of deficiency in order to cater feedback to specific delegates and encourage improvements.
