I led product design at Mezmo (formerly LogDNA) by shipping our core telemetry and logging features, hiring and managing my team, defining our processes and design operations, fostering user research, maturing our design system, and supporting Product and Engineering roadmaps.

• Led design for the launch of a new Telemetry Pipe product

• Was most responsible for Product Design (Series B through a $50M Series D)

• Oversaw our G2 NPS score rising from an 84 to a 92

• Hired & managed a team of three Product Designers

• Established end-to-end design-ops

• Fostered an inclusive design-thinking culture

• Built our design system from scratch and socialized Figma

• Led successful in-app guides for self-service customers

I was promoted from Senior Product Designer to Product Design Manager in February, 2021. But I functionally was a Lead Product Designer as a player/coach.

After 12.5 years of building full-time, I took a break to freelance, complete personal projects, reflect, recharge, travel, master AI, and simplify my life.

At Verizon Media (formerly Oath, now Yahoo) (2018-2019), I supported our digital products, modernized internal tools and design systems, led storytelling alongside senior tech leadership, and shipped high-impact projects with c-level visibility. Previously (2014-2018), I shipped critical features and ubiquitous design systems for OnCue, Fios TV, and go90.

I designed features OnCue’s family of B2C TV products including the Set-top Box and iOS/Android mobile/tablet apps.

I built consumer-facing products (both in-house and for 15+ household brands) across desktop, mobile, web, and TV.
