• Invested capital and resourcing into the exploration of emerging, industry-disruptive technologies, expanding Netflix's prowess in Machine Learning, Virtual Production and Computer Vision applications in Visual Effects (VFX) workflows.
• Developed techniques, technologies and systems aimed at doubling down on Netflix's commitment as a leader in Global content production and publishing. By augmenting content promotion and local authenticity, we're helping our stories travel across borders. Enhancing our members' on-platform language experience while discovering, watching and, now, playing (via Netflix's investments in Games) is a win for our subscribers, and is key to market penetration of our titles.
• Partnered with Netflix Studios executives, building and leading Design and Product teams focused on optimizing the production of Animation at Netflix via competitive and world-class creative tooling and production management solutions.
• Executed the restructuring and product prioritization of key studio technology investments for Film and TV content production — teaming up with SP&A and across functions to right-size teams and focus while investing more deeply in areas most meaningful for Netflix's growth.
• Spearheaded initiatives adding greater rigor, consistency and accountability in external hiring, prioritizing equity, diversity and internal transparency. Re-applied these principles, standardizing internal mobility of product designers at Netflix.

• News Feed is Facebook's home experience. The News Feed Design Org runs point on developing new Sharing, Expression and Conversation experiences, collaborating with partner teams across Facebook Inc. and maintaining the News Feed Design system.
• Connection Integrity is horizontally positioned to make Facebook better for people and partners, minimizing bad experiences and maintaining its healthy content ecosystem.
• As of June 2020, Facebook reached 2.70 billion users/month and 1.79 billion users/day, marking 12 percent YoY increases in MAUs and DAUs respectively.
