• Led the design strategy for expanding RMS Crash Reporting and eCitation, contributing to $3M ARR growth across new agency deployments.
• Directed AI strategy for investigative workflows, designing entity clustering and intelligence capabilities that help investigators surface persons of interest across cases.
• Designed BriefAI, a case summarization product enabling investigators and supervisors to quickly triage cases and prioritize solvable investigations.

• Defined the product vision, roadmap, and UX architecture for the Booking platform, expanding the product into the U.S. Federal and UK public safety markets.
• Designed the shared UI architecture for First Responder and Computer Aided Dispatch, enabling both products to run on a single codebase and saving months of engineering and maintenance effort.
• Led the redesign of Mark43’s platform GIS map system, improving performance and reducing complexity for both users and developers.
• Designed Mark43’s first Apple CarPlay experience, enabling patrol officers to interact with core mobile workflows directly from vehicle systems.

• Hosted 8 product planning workshops and 28 design reviews for the next generation of large scale ProX 800 3D printer to align user goals with development and improved build time by 40%
