Designed omnichannel flows for in-stock and build-to-order cars across multiple fulfillment states. Used high-fidelity interactive Figma prototypes for validation and engineering handoff. Partnered with mobile app, retail operations, product, and car UX teams to coordinate the physical handover moment, the most emotionally significant touchpoint in the Volvo ownership journey.
