Cloud Migration Application Design and Discovery: Utilized Deloitte Cloud Work Bench to conduct an analysis on a portfolio of 4000+ applications. Analyzed 400,000+ data observations with Excel, cleansed data with Python and visualized resulting data into affinity mappings using Neo4j. Managed incoming data responses from clients and liaised between Deloitte and client project managers. Presented deliverables to client executives. Utilized project management tools, daily check-ins, and weekly status reports to track progress.

Digital Workplace Strategy and Roadmap Assessment: Analyzed and consolidated insights from 20+ SMEs/PM interviews and 30+ client artifacts and documentation reviews. Facilitated stakeholder workshops and conducted peer comparative research to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in client digital workplace strategy, capability maturity, and future state roadmap.
