* Led “Transformation of Software Task Management” to Self-Service: Spearheaded the transformation to self-service for categorizing of all software task management, improving customer autonomy and satisfaction. The transformation led to 100% of tasks moving from expensive customer success involvement to self-service . Led the entire project lifecycle (9 months), including collaborating with product / design teams for a seamless user experience, and conducting demos to gather customer feedback - in addition to developing a majority of the software.
* Developed Internal Alerting Systems: Implemented Slack web-hook based alerts to monitor data ingestion failures and ELT pipeline status, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and operational efficiency.
Enhanced Data Handling with Secure Uploads: Utilized Boto3 S3 client to generate secure, one-time signed URLs for file uploads, ensuring data integrity and security for customer interactions.
* Implemented Advanced Metrics and Database Optimization: Contributed to the creation of Dora metrics by setting up DynamoDB tables and customizing implementations for customers. Improved database perf. by adding Company ID for tenant-based sharding in evolving monolithic architecture.
* Developed Time-Aware Database Fields: Collaborated with senior engineers to convert static database fields into time-series data, preserving historical changes and enhancing data tracking and reporting.
* Contributed to Full-Stack Enhancements: Implemented features such as a React and Django-based “copy to clipboard” button, and improving data export functionality. Worked on both front-end and back-end improvements, addressing customer needs while enhancing application performance.
