Returns and exchange management for e-commerce brands integrating on the Shopify platform, streamlining post-purchase experiences.

* Lead engineer on printerless returns initiative, increasing accessibility for customers without printers
* Standardized dozens of public API endpoints and and enabled programmatic webhooks management to streamline returns data flow with merchants, warehouses, and third party integrations
* Built and maintained integrations with Attentive, Klaviyo, Zapier, Malomo, Gorgias, ShipBob, and multiple warehouse management systems (WMS), improving observability and
