Featured on the App Store in Feb 2023 with a rating of 4.9 stars. Designed and shipped all major sections of the mobile app, including the home screen, meetings, contacts, notifications and settings sections. Measurable impact which led to increased session length, app adoption, and daily active usage. ### Design Advisor @ Pulse - Automatic Status Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 | Menlo Park, California, United States Pro bono design advisor for Pulse. Acquired in 2022 by Mozilla. ### Senior Product Designer @ Pulse - Automatic Status Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Menlo Park, California Led product design on a new, collaborative team-based web conference tool, using existing tools for gamers such as Discord for inspiration. The product focused on providing an in office experience to remote workers. Acquired in 2022 by Mozilla. ### Sr. Product Designer @ RoundGlass Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Sunnyvale, California, United States Led design team in the development of a new wellbeing app with focus areas in meditation. ### Sr. Product Designer @ RoundGlass Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 ### Senior Product Designer @ Mojio Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Palo Alto As Senior Product Designer, designed and delivered new end to end app experiences for Mojio's upcoming products. Recruited interviewees and generated personas to support our new product lines. Deliverables included everything from sketches to final high fidelity mocks. ### User Experience Designer @ Mojio Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | Palo Alto As part of a three person product team, designed and launched Mojio Motion, the supporting app for Mojio’s IoT Car analytics device. Designed the original Motion experience across both iOS and Android platforms. Executed on the design process—ideation, user research, persona development, wireframing, user flows, prototyping and final designs. Launched Motion with T-Mobile as T-Mobile SyncUp Drive, our first major carrier. This was followed up by launching in the Czech Republic and as Rogers Smart Drive in Canada. Continuing to design new features for Mojio Motion, as well as exploring new app and product designs concepts. ### User Experience Designer @ IBM Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | San Francisco Bay Area Returned to IBM to work on Tealeaf Software as a Service. Provided input on upcoming releases and prototyped new potential features. Coordinated design and development work across international teams. Offered design feedback and identified new opportunities for improvement in the Tealeaf product suite. ### UX Design & Technical Lead @ Nightingales Medical Trust Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Ann Arbor, Michigan and Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Served on a project team and collaborated with an Indian company to develop an interactive website and tools to connect Indian elders with caretakers and elder care organizations, and also with each other (elders) to effectively crowdsource health resources. As the UX Lead and a developer on the project, I oversaw the design process, built prototypes, and envisioned new features. I also served as one of the developers on the project. This project began in the United States at the University of Michigan, and moved on site to Bengaluru in May 2015, where the product was built and handed off to the client. India Elder Connect was up and running for a few years. As of April 2019, the website appears to have been taken down. ### Graduate Student Instructor @ University of Michigan Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Ann Arbor, MI Assisted in teaching two Masters level courses at the School of Information, including an introduction to programming course as well as a course in complex web design. Led several discussion sections, which often included some lecturing, depending on the course. Held office hours, helped students to master the material. Position was paid, and included a full tuition waiver for both semesters that I taught. ### UI Product Management and Design Intern @ IBM Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | San Francisco Bay Area Created new UI designs for the Tealeaf cxOverstat product, a customer analytics tool for enterprise corporations. Designed, integrated, and tested new Axure prototypes to showcase new features and interactions. Built demos to enable the sales team, and conducted market research. Provided significant input on designs, which will be incorporated into future product releases. ### Frontend Web Development Intern @ Moosejaw Mountaineering Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | Madison Heights, Michigan Developed responsive landing pages to support timely launches of products and promotions. Supported a marketing plan by assisting in weekly content updates. Made improvements to layout and style of the core Moosejaw.com website.
