• Manage Vermont’s comprehensive Medicaid database, performing routine updates and ad-hoc data requests on behalf of the Department of Vermont Health Access.
• Develop automated reports, using SQL, Python and Pandas to query Medicaid data, often containing PHI or PII, and securely deliver to the client via SFTP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as part of an Agile team, identifying requirements, designing solutions and participating in UAT and SIT level testing.
• Automate execution, testing and delivery of recurring scripts via Jenkins CI/CD platform.
• Document and maintain existing code, improving developer experience and data integrity.

### Software Engineer @ M&T Bank

• Implemented modern Angular interfaces for a customer facing web banking application and in-house component library, deploying to Openshift containers on Azure cloud.
• Redesigned and refactored legacy customer facing C# .NET framework application to consume modern microservice APIs, improving security and mitigating tech debt.
• Developed, tested and deployed Java microservices serving account data to multiple downstream applications; saved $1MM annually by relieving dependency on third-party API.
