Led research efforts exploring strategic opportunities in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as the introduction of new features to existing products.

Designed a secure, multi-platform text-messaging application that connected care providers across practices. Advanced the design from prototype through successful launch to development of new features.

Led multi-disciplinary client and internal teams by establishing standards and gaining acceptance at all levels. Planned and facilitated workshops for clients and presented to large audiences. 

Shot and produced videos and photos for concepts, products, user research, in-house portraits and events.

As one of the first information architects at AKQA, I developed practices that streamlined development, enhanced client and team communication, and ensured overall quality control.
